Time to catch up on November stuff. Brooklyn has been keeping us busy!
We love her cute sleepy eyes when she wakes up in the morning or from naps.
She's walking everywhere and looks like such a big girl! What happened to our little baby?
She loves her blankies and is starting to get more attached to things she uses every day.
For example, we have to take Dolly away to go "sleep" while B eats.
Oh, and now that she's walking everywhere, more things are in her line of sight and -- scarier -- within her reach.
Christmas presents from Jenna came early with instruction to open one of them -- Brooklyn knew exactly what to do. Christmas is going to be more fun for her this year!
She loves reading with Daddy and one of her favorite toys in her room.
She also loves her farm puzzle...
...and playing with Mommy.
She loves to "help" in the kitchen...
...and her new favorite thing at night is brushing her teeth.
Brooklyn has changed her tune from this post about a month ago when it comes to sharing lollipops with Mommy.
Okay, she looks way too grown up in this picture.
Brooklyn loves going down the hallway and playing peek-a-boo with us.
We got to spend Monday afternoon with Austin's friend Phil and his family -- they were coming through Seattle on their way to British Columbia and we met at the Pikes Place Market for lunch.
Phil and Austin are good friends going back to junior high and it was great to catch up.
We've been to the market a couple times before but never really spent much time exploring, so it was fun to spend a little more time there seeing everything.
Since it was a weekday (Austin has the week off) and extremely rainy, it wasn't super crowded like it had been during the summer.
We had a great time with Phil and Angie and their family -- we wish he was at UW instead of WSU so we could get together more!

I love the tooth brushing pic!
So fun to see you with Phil and Angie...Phil was a good friend and I am glad you are in touch. Brookies is darling as usual!
We had such fun with you guys at the market. It was good to see you again and especially to meet sweet Brooklyn.
Thanks for meeting us there, showing us around and introducing us to yummy mac and cheese. We had that bucket emptied pretty quick once we got back in the car. It was a hit.
Thanks again! I'm thinking we'll be heading west again a few more times while we're here in Washington. We'll definitely have to meet up again and you can show us around some more of your neck of the woods!
a lot of fun things happening! Brooklyn....what a doll in every picture! I hope you guys open the other two presents up today, if you haven't already!
