For the first week and a half or so that we were here, the only furniture in the house was our air mattress and Brooklyn's pack'n'play. Then our stuff finally came.
We knew our favorite room to unpack would be the kitchen because there was already enough room for everything.
Other rooms, eh, not so much. We've done a pretty good job of unpacking what we can though, and once we get more furniture (dressers, shelves, etc) we'll be fully moved in.
As a designer and guitar player, Austin is well aware of his interests' impact on trees and forests and what not. We had no clue the moving industry used so much paper!
It's a good thing they did though, because about everything made it here safe and sound. This was the only major casualty. One of our favorite photos!
Brooklyn wore green for St. Patrick's day.
We went to Ikea later and it was so busy Mom and Dad would have liked to bury their heads in their hands too.
This is just one of many posts we're going to do tonight to catch up. More to come in a few seconds!
