Still catching up. Here's Brooklyn at "the beach" (Lake Sammamish).
She loves to help Mommy shop at Trader Joe's.
Sidewalk chalk out on our little balcony.
She found our old camera and loved using it. We'll have to post a collection of her photos sometime.
She loves playing with "'lil' Evan guy."
Evan went through a very short and adorable thumb sucking phase.
As we mentioned in a previous post, Brooklyn loves "projects."
And as we've surely mentioned in previous posts, she loves the color pink and dressing like a princess.
We're putting this on record as B's first attempt at figure drawing.
Evan loves rolling over onto his tummy.
He's a pretty happy and adorable baby nearly all the time.
Sometimes Brooklyn likes to have Evan "play" in her room.
We set up a tent in Brooklyn's room and filled it with all her stuffed little buddies and then were shocked at how many she has. In our defense we're only responsible for maybe half of them! ;)
I think we were all this excited about BYU football early on. That's all we'll say.
Reading buddies!
Brooklyn loves to spell the names of everyone in the family. She does it with Bananagrams, with alphabet cookies, and text messages. If by some chance you've gotten any from her you'll notice she always does them in this order. :)
Okay, one more thing about BYU football. He's not supposed to watch TV, but he was very intent on peeking at the BYU game.
Picnic time!
Nice days in September are pretty tough to beat up here.
Family selfie!
Scary to think this little guy will be walking in no time.
Bubbles!
Family walk at Brooklyn's favorite place -- the river trail.
Aw.
Picnic and river trail definitely made someone's day.
Amanda and Jimmy came to visit -- it was really fun seeing them and watching them play with the kids.
Twins!
Evan has started to play more with toys, which is pretty adorable.
Our little spelling girl at it again.
Swing time.
Brooklyn and her buddy Kate -- you'd think these girls like pink or something.
Brooklyn has been doing a "Daddy and Me" soccer class. We decided back when she was kicking in Laura's tummy that she was going to be a soccer girl -- so this is our first attempt at following through on that vow. :)
Like father like son -- you simply can't go wrong with argyle.

Such cute kids! Brooklyn sometimes looks so grown up, too. And spelling??? What my guys like to spell with the foam bath letters is "ew." Loved the little shopping cart at trader Joe's; I probably wouldn't get Nathan out of there. Ever.
Thank you for your posts! It definitely makes us feel a bit more a part of your lives and makes me smile each time! LOVE YOU!
super cute pictures! I have been so bad at finding time to do my own blog & read others! The boys & I enjoyed all the pictures!
