More catching up on our blog with a quick recap of some January stuff after we got back from our California/Utah trip. We really started to notice Brooklyn and Evan learning to play with each other after we returned -- it is super cute, even when B puts her (or his) toys where he can't reach them. :)
Over the course of our trip our little guy got better at eating...
...and getting messy while doing it.
Brooklyn started primary classes at church -- she's not a nursery girl anymore!
We like this Nike shirt from Aunt Lori -- it says "I think you need a time-out" :)
B is always super sweet with her little brother. She loves to walk next to the stroller whenever we take it anywhere.
Who knew going to the dentist could be so stylish? (and scary -- B was not a fan...)
Princesses playing with princess Legos.
Brooklyn wanted to have a "sleepover party" in her room with Laura, so we got out the air mattress and they had popcorn and a movie.
Brooklyn likes to "collect" things in places. These are some of her "treasures."
Austin took a work trip to San Francisco for a few days -- sunsets over the sound on a clear day are pretty awesome.
Austin enjoyed being in San Francisco but was glad to get home. He even surprised Laura by taking an earlier flight and taking a taxi home the night before she was expecting him, which was fun. When he got home, Evan surprised us both with what we're counting as his first word... "da-da" :)
Evan started kneeling up to play with toys.
We had some uncharacteristically nice weather in January. Like short sleeves out on our patio nice.
Sticker attack!
Brooklyn likes to go into Evan's room in the morning and give him toys and books. Lots of them.
Another one of those uncharacteristically nice January days. As in blowing bubbles out on the patio nice.
Hello, ladies.
