february stuff

So back in February... (sorry, we really are going to catch up) Evan started standing up next to toys and furniture.

Here's our little guy at eight months old!

And here's our basketball girl!

We started to get some clear weather in February that was nice for cool walks outside. Cool in both senses of the word, apparently.

Brooklyn finishing off one of her favorite meals -- "Chex and milk all mixed up together."

Things just get so much more fun when you can stand up.

Laura made a Valentine's breakfast for everyone

Daddy got flowers for Brooklyn...

...and Mommy.

We had a few presents for each other...

...and some of us chewed on boxes.

Since it was a Saturday we celebrated with a little family trip to a small park that we like.

It was Evan's first time on the swings -- he wasn't sure what to think at first but liked it.

He also liked riding the horse.

Evan is our happy guy. He loved showing his new ability to stand up in his pack'n'play.

Pajama day for learning the letter 'P' in preschool.

I wonder what they're making with that rolled out dough. (Hint -- it starts with 'P')

A few days later we went to another of our favorite places -- the "farm park" near our place. It was a really pretty day and between that and the trees, it shouldn't be surprising that Brooklyn asked, "Is this where Joseph Smith lives?" :)

Evan and Daddy...

...and Evan and Mommy...

...and Evan and Brooklyn and Mommy and a big fluffy rabbit.

Aw :)

Someone really liked the tire swing.

Evan loves to hang out in Brooklyn's room and pretend he's a big kid.

Well, he is getting bigger -- look at those teeth that are coming in!

We love seeing the kiddos play together.

If Evan's big enough for the swing, he's big enough for another exciting adventure -- the shopping cart.

When you're a three-year-old girl, you can never have enough fairy princess in your life.
