california trip part 3 (more disneyland!)

We had a blast our first day of Disneyland and were excited to go back again the next day!

This time we started out at California Adventure.

There's lots of kid-friendly stuff in that park as well -- Brooklyn got to meet Doc McStuffins!

The highlight of the day, however, was meeting Elsa and Anna!

They were so cute with Brooklyn -- it was a great way to start the day.

After meeting Elsa and Anna we went to a Frozen singalong.

Then we went to a Disney Junior show with all of Brooklyn's favorite characters from Disney Channel.

It was a really fun show geared towards younger kids -- it was so fun to see all of them dancing and singing and super into the show.

Evan got wet at a splash park!

Radiator Springs! They've really done a good job making the setting from the movie come to life.

Brooklyn was tall enough to go on the Mater ride with Daddy. We couldn't tell if she was terrified or not, but afterwards she said she liked it a lot!

We got to meet Lightning McQueen!

"Mee-mo?"

We met up with the rest of the gang and went on the Mickey Mouse ferris wheel.

Evan had a great time looking out over the whole park.

We had so much fun being together.

We had to get the kiddos on the Dumbo ride.

Evan had a great time with Grandma and Bre.

One more time on the carousel!

We tried on some silly hats.

Braden was a good sport and put Brooklyn up on his shoulders...

...so she could get a good view of the night parade!

We got to see a great view of the fireworks as well. We thought Brooklyn was going to be terrified as usual, but Daddy was able to convince her that they were really pretty which cancelled out the loud bangs. :)

Evan didn't need to be convinced -- he loved watching with Grandma.

It's crazy to think that they do all of this every single day at Disneyland.

The last ride of the day was Austin and Braden waiting WAY TOO LONG to go on Space Mountain. It was fun, but maybe not 75 minutes fun... :/ It was fun brother time though.

We had a blast on our trip. We made the most of every minute and everyone had fun -- little kids and grown up kids alike. We all left trying to scheme when we could get back to do it again! :)
