We've been meaning to do this for a while. We thought we'd ask Brooklyn an assortment of questions to give you a little peek inside her four-year-old world and what she's into right now.

"Brooklyn Diane Taylor."

Where do you live?
"In Washington. Seattle."

What's your favorite color?
"Pink. I switched. Blue and red."

What's your favorite book?
"Livia's book out of paper." (a very cute homemade book that her cousin Livia drew and mailed to her)

What's your favorite show?
"Sofia and Doc McStuffins. And Daniel Tiger too. But not Super Why but I still watch it."

What's your favorite primary song?
"Come Follow Me."

What's your favorite thing to learn at preschool?
"Being an astronaut. I like astronauts."

What's your favorite thing to do with Evan?
"Play princesses and kitchen. But I don't usually let Evan in my room because I have princesses set up."

What's your favorite food?
"Raspberries. I just like them but I don't eat them."

What's your favorite food at a restaurant?
"Pizza."

What do you want to be when you grow up?
"A astronaut, a doctor, and a mom."

What's your favorite animal?
"Flamingos, pigs, and meerkats."

What makes you sad?
"When I don't get my toy."

What makes you happy?
"I have to think. Wow, that's a good one... when mommy plays with me!"

What makes you scared?
"When there's monsters."

What's your favorite movie?
"Walaura (translation: Aurora), Rapunzel, Frozen!"

Who's your favorite princess?
"Walaura, Rapunzel, and Elsa."

What's your favorite weather?
"September and snowy. And winter."

Where do you like to go on vacation?
"California and Disneyland?"

What do you want for Christmas?
"A Rapunzel Lego that has her tower pieces. I don't think they have it but I'm sure they have it. That's my wish!"

What's your favorite game?
"My favorite game is hide and seek and Battleship."

What's your favorite fruit?
"Bananas."

What's your favorite vegetable?
"Carrots and peas and corn. Three different kinds of vegetables. Oh, I remember, I have another one. Edamame."

What's your favorite kind of meat?
"Ham. Is that a kind of meat?"

What's your favorite kind of grain?
"Waffles."

What's your favorite kind of candy snack?
"Ice cream!"

What's your favorite thing to wear?
"My Sofia jammies."

What's your favorite way to do your hair?
"Curls and braids and pigtails. Those are the ones that I like."

What's your favorite song?
"A Rapunzel song. Jasmine and Tangled. Tangled is another word for Rapunzel. That's fancy."

What's your favorite stuffed animal?
"Gala and Bunnies."

What do you like to draw?
"Hearts and flowers and stars. And bows."

What's your favorite toy?
"My little Charlie Brown toy."

What's your favorite pretend game to play?
"To play house."

"I don't know."

"Alma?"

What's your favorite football team?
"BYU football is my favorite team."

What's your favorite sport to play?
"My little soccer ball. I like gymacstics too. Gymacstics and soccer."


We get a kick out of listening to her -- she entertains us pretty much every day. We can't believe she's our little four year old girl already!
