It's time for another post about Brooklyn. The blog and our photo library are almost exclusively hers anyways, right? We already showed you that she's eating "solid" food, and we're trying to get her used to the idea of two more things. Sippy cups and water.
She's also able to sit on her own now as of a week or two ago and she loves it.
She likes going on walks with her mom during the day when the weather's nice.
We love all the trees -- it's especially beautiful on clear days, but we like the rain too.
She went exploring downtown Redmond with mommy.
Brooklyn loves her block toys now that she can sit up. She hasn't quite gotten the shape thing yet -- they're just something new to taste for now.
She still loves listening to Daddy play the guitar. Won't be long before she wants one of her own, or decides she wants to color on Daddy's or something. Just in case, Austin has mentally prepared himself for the day he comes home to find flowers drawn on one of his guitars.
She enjoyed sitting up just like Giraffe Buddy -- Laura said she kind of just stared at him for a while.
Sitting up makes bathtime lots of fun. And speaking of lots of fun, she loves her duckie!
She's finally old enough to wear the BYU shirt we bought over a year ago when we were ready to tell people that we were having a baby. We obviously didn't know if we were having a boy or a girl but we knew they were going to be a BYU fan either way.
Brooklyn is a cutie -- we are really enjoying watching her grow up -- even if it seems too fast sometimes!

She's so adorable! I think she looks most like Laura, but I can totally see Austin in that picture of her in the BYU shirt. I can't believe she's already sitting up and eating solid food! What a big girl!
she is getting so big! & still so cute! it's gonna be fun to see the two baby cousins together next week!
