Friday morning we went swimming thanks to Grandma and Grandpa's friends from church that live around the block. Again, B wasn't so sure about getting in...
...but this guy didn't waste any time.
Breanna was able to get Brooklyn in the water. We felt very safe having our very own lifeguard on duty!
All the kids loved being in and around the pool.
Brooklyn even took a turn with Daddy...
...and Mommy.
Carter had fun with the water guns...
...and so did Braden and Austin. Brooklyn wisely got out of the pool at this point. :)
Friday afternoon was a girls-only trip for pedicures...
...and they all came back with painted nails.
That night we went with Grandpa Taylor, Jenna and Carter, and Braden and Keri to a Diamondbacks game.
We had great seats and got to see a few really nice home runs. The stadium has air conditioning, so it was nice during the game -- then they opened up the roof for fireworks afterwards.
For some reason we think this photo is pretty awesome. Saturday we kinda stayed around the house and recovered from our late night at the baseball game and our sunburns from swimming.
Brooklyn enjoyed the bench on the patio with her doll "Gala"...
...and loved reading books with Carter. He was such a good little buddy to Brooklyn!

Yay for girls' night! Of course I wonder whose feet are whose.
My feet are the old ones with veins standing out...bright pink toenail polish. It was so fun being with my girls!
